DR.
GERALD H. GOETTSCH
Dr. Gerald H. Goettsch
was born and raised in the farming community of Holstein,
IA. He completed his undergraduate studies at Augustana
College in Sioux Falls, SD with a Bachelors of Arts degree
in Biology and Psychology. He completed his medical studies
at the Kirksville College of Osteopathy and Surgery in
Kirksville, MO. He did his rotating internship at Davenport
Osteopathic Hospital.
Dr. Goettsch is board
certified in Family Practice. He has practiced in Davenport,
IA for 33 years performing obstetrics, family, pediatric,
and geriatric care. Until recently he has been on active
staff at all three local hospitals. Dr. Goettsch also holds
an academic rank of assistant professor of family practice
through Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center.
Doctors of osteopathy
receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system which
helps them better understand how injury or illness can
affect the entire body. Being a DO, Dr. Goettsch practices
medicine by integrating the body as a whole, rather than
just treating symptoms. This gives your medical attention a
little “something extra.”

DR. RAYMOND BURGE
Dr. Raymond A. Burge was
born and raised in Belvidere, IL. He completed his
undergraduate and graduate studies at Palmer College in
Davenport, Iowa. He also received his medical degree from
the University of Health Sciences, Antigua.
Dr. Burge completed
his internship at Palmer University and clinical rotations
at Centegra Medical Center, McHenry, Illinois. He also is
board certified in the American Board of Chiropractic
Internal Disorders. He holds a degree in Family Practice
Certification from Northwestern University of Health
Sciences.
Dr. Burge offers
diagnosis and treatments through traditional and alternative
methods. "The body heals from the inside-out and the patient
must play a vital role in the healing process." A patient
that is educated on their condition understands this role
and takes an active part in their care. |

Dr. Nancy lank
Milan Medical Group would
like to welcome back Dr. Nancy Lank D.O. to our facility.
Dr. Lank was born and raised in Davenport, IA, were she
attended Central High School. She graduated from
Northeastern Missouri State College, with a bachelors in
Zoolology. She also attended Kirksville College of
Osteopathic Medicine graduating in 1973. Dr. Lank served her
internship in Detroit Michigan from 1973 to 1974. After her
internship she opened her own private practice in the Quad
Cities from 1974 to 1988.
Dr. lank served the Iowa National Guard for five years. She
left her practice to enter the Army where she was stationed
in Germany, leaving in 1991. From 1991 until now she has
been practicing Osteopathic Medicine in an urgent care
setting. |

Dr. Susan Alden, APN
Dr.
Susan Alden was born in Rock Island, IL and raised in
Augusta, GA. She completed undergraduate and initial
graduate school at the Medical College of Georgia School of
Nursing. She then earned a post-master’s Family Nurse
Practitioner certificate at Graceland University College of
Nursing in Independence, MO and a Doctorate of Nursing
Practice in Psychiatric Nursing at Rush University College
of Nursing, Chicago, IL.
Dr.
Alden taught at several colleges, including Marycrest
International University for 22 years. She also worked at
Davenport Medical Center for ten years as a hospital
supervisor. Most recently she has been in private
practice. She is board certified in both Family Practice
Nursing and Psychiatric Nursing.

kEVIN vALLERO, pt
Kevin was born and raised in Galesburg, IL. He received his
B.S. at Kansas State University and his PT degree at
Northwestern University. Kevin has 29 years of experience,
focused on outpatient rehabilitation.
Kevin’s approach starts with a comprehensive evaluation and
education. This is followed with a “gentle” hands-on
rehabilitation process to attain maximal function with
minimal discomfort.

Sara Nyquist, PA-C
Sara is originally from Dubuque, IA, and has lived in the
Quad Cities for the past eight years.
She earned her undergraduate degree in biotechnology from
the Univeristy of Northern Iowa and her Master of Physician
Assistant Studies degree at the Univeristy of Iowa. Since
graduation, Sara has been caring for patients in family
practice, urgant care and emergency medicine settings
troughout the Quad City Area.
